Expected Behaviour

Treat all community members with respect, equality, and inclusivity,
regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.

Show inclusive behavior by actively listening to others, valuing diverse
perspectives, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.

Use inclusive language and address individuals by their preferred
pronouns. If you are unsure of someone's pronouns, use neutral terms until you can confirm their
preference.

Embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms, including but not
limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, and cultural background.

Foster an atmosphere of collaboration, support, and encouragement, where
all members can learn, grow, and contribute.
Unacceptable Behaviour

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on any protected
characteristic or personal attribute is strictly prohibited

Engaging in derogatory or offensive language, slurs, or jokes that demean
or belittle individuals or groups is not allowed.

Disrespectful behavior, such as interrupting or talking over others,
disregarding boundaries, or dismissing different perspectives, is not acceptable.

Any form of physical, verbal, or online abuse, threats, or intimidation is
strictly prohibited.

confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken.
